Witches fantasy photography day + dinner in Flevoland, Netherlands

We are planning an enchanted fairytale day. Just before Halloween we want to shoot feminine witches ideas with our designer dresses and props. This is going to be something different than you are used to do for Halloween ideas, we do it not scarry but playful. 

We found beautiful location in Flevoland region in the Netherlands and after session we really want to get to know you better and have dinner together! 

You can join as model or photographer.

Location will be in Flevoland region, in The Netherlands.

We tell exact place after your place reservation.

You need to come to location yourself.

You need to tell us if you would like to join dinner together with us so we make reservation.

You can join :

1. As Photographer

You can shoot during  the day with models who join the day. We will have at least 2 models. We expect you to work on results and edit at least 2 photos per model from the day. But, you need to make own appointments with models according to delivery of pictures. 

Your participation includes dinner. If you deside to not join dinner, we do not refund the dinner part. 

2. As Model with promised results from our team

You will get makeup and hair styling from our team. During the day we have styling ideas where you can choose from or you can ask for own idea.

You will get 3 edited photos and all best unedited photos from the shoot from our team.

Extra edits can be ordered afterwards.

Backstage fashion video ( 1 minute long) can be ordered for additional 100 euro. Unedited video files can be sent for additional fee.

Additionally, you can work with participating photographers and get extra edited photos in different style.

Your participation includes dinner. If you deside to not join dinner, we do not refund the dinner part. 

COSTS* according to options above:

1. 75 euros

2. 350 euros

* inclusive 21 % vat (taxes).

You can reserve your place by buying reservation ticket online on the website and pay other part on the shooting day in cash.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT:

If you participate you agree that we all have same rights about the use of the pictures. The photos will be published in social media with the use of credits. If you want to sell photos ask about selling the team first. When selling we share earnings in a honest way. We are not providing model releases, if you want one, discuss it first and make own contract.

WEATHER CONDITIONS:

If on the planned date the weather will be so bad its impossible to shoot we will postpone the shooting to the first possible evening/date. We do shoot with a little bit of rain.

REFUND POLICY:

- For all events we are not giving refund in the form of money. We provide vouchers. Only if WE cancel the event (not postponing) we will refund money.⠀

- If there is a case of money refund we are not able to refund immediately. The prepayment will be refunded approximately in 3 month time. We do keep administration costs.

- If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours, your prepayment will be not refunded. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation.

- If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher.
