Tulips fields shooting day 21 April (South Netherlands)

Tulip seazon is the most colorful and loved seazon by all creatives in the Netherlands.

During tulip seazon all photographers and models run into the fields and make pictures.

Unfortunatelly not everyone does it with permission of the growers/farmers and damages plants. Each year more and more damage is done to the fields and farmers also start to protect fields by signs, ribbons and collect flowers earlier. It is not acceptable to walk into the fields even is you just stay between the flowers for a selfie.

We are different! We shoot with permission only and collect money for farmers to cover the possible damage and have exclusive permission to enter the fields.

And because of our good relationships with farmers we are allowed to organise portfolio days when we shoot with our big designer dresses and props in the fields.

Everyone who wants to enjoy photosessions in tulip fields without any stress can join our portfoliodays or book a private session with us.

We organise few days when we can shoot the whole evening with permission. Each day different colour of fields.

You can join any of the dates as model or photographer or as team.

Locations will be in the area of Lisse.

On 21-22-23st of April we are shooting near Lisse on non-touristic fields where different colors are blooming.

We tell exact place after your place reservation. 

You need to come to location yourself.

You can join one of the days :

1. As Model

You will get makeup and hair styling from our team and possibility to choose any of the dresses from our collection of designers dresses. You will get 5 edited photos and all best unedited photos from the shoot from our team. Additionally, you can work with participating photographers and get extra edited photos in different style.

2. As Photographer

You can shoot the whole evening with our models and models who join the day. We expect you to work on results and edit at least 2 photos per model from the day. You need to make own appointments with models according to delivery of pictures.

3. As team

You can join as team (model+photographer) and work on own ideas. You may use 1 of the dresses from our dresses collection. You can take assistance with you, free of charge. Addititonal model/photographer will be for additional fee. Ask all needed details before booking of your place.

COSTS per day according to options above:

1. 450 euros

2. 75 euros

3. 150 euros

You can reserve your place by buying reservation ticket online on the website and pay other part on the shooting day in cash.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT:

If you participate you agree that we all have same rights about the use of the pictures. The photos will be published in social media with the use of credits. If you want to sell photos ask about selling the team first. When selling we share earnings in a honest way. We are not providing model releases, if you want one, discuss it first and make own contract.

WEATHER CONDITIONS:

If on the planned date the weather will be so bad its impossible to shoot we will postpone the shooting to the first possible evening/date.

In the fields there is wind on 99% of the days. If you take lights with you, think about someone who can hold them for you.

Due to alot of rain during spring, it is possible that soils is wet and your shoes can get very dirty.

BLOOMING SEAZON:

The dates of portfolio days are chosen accordingly to previous blooming seazons and advice from farmers. However adjustments are possible is the seazon is earlier or later.

REFUND POLICY:

- For all events we are not giving refund in the form of money. We provide vouchers. 

- If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours, your prepayment will be not valid as voucher. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation.

- If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher.
