Stadhuys Gouda portfolio shooting day (INDOOR) First Try

Portfolio day in the most beautiful historical buiting in the center of Gouda with the use of dresses from Holland Dress Rental .

We are allowed to shoot for approximately 5 hours in 3 different rooms. Each room is on separate floor.

This is an unique and creative portfolio day for professional and hobby #photographers and #models .

There are limited amount of spots.

🔥We shoot keeping the safe distance. We pay attention to max allowed amount of people so its not crowded.

🔥We will shoot exclusive outfits which will come into collection of Holland Dress Rental .

Attention: in Trouwzaal (with gobelen walls) no light is allowed to be used. Only Natural and available light in the room.

!! If you join as photographer we expect you to work on results and make each model at least 2 photos. It is called portfolioday not for nothing 🙂

Models:

• You will get professional makeup & hair done (planning of preparation will be done after registration)
• You will get 1 dress to shoot with from our rental and may use own dresses too. You will get assistance and help with set up. 
• You can come with own photographer and shoot with participating photoraphers too. Entrance costs are same for models and photographers.
• Total price: 150 euro excl vat. Reservation after 25 euro prepayment.
• Additionally/Instead, you can order your all-inclusive private photoshoot to have less stress, more promised results and priority shooting. Private session includes makeup and hair styling, priority in dress reservation and dress rental, 5 edited photos and all best unedited in good quality without logos. You will have chance to shoot in all rooms and after private shoot you can also work with participating photographers aswel. Private photosession price is 450 euros excl vat.

Photographers:

• You will have at least 3 models to shoot
• You will shoot with beautiful dresses
• You need to make own appointments with models about edited pics. We expect you to make at least 2 photos for each model during the day.
• Total price: 150 euro excl vat. Reservation after 25 euro prepayment.
• ADDITIONALLY: you can bring own model to shoot and shoot own concepts with her. Price of participation will be 150 per person.  You can combine shooting with own model and participation models. 

RULES:

- Trouwzaal shooting without any flashes or light than already available inside. Small light like videolight is allowed.

- NO wedding or nude sessions inside.

- No food inside.

- Reserve entrance online and pay other part on the day or before.

Attention! Refund policy:

• For all events we are not giving refund in the form of money. We will provide vouchers. Only if WE cancel the event (not postponing) we will refund money.⠀
• If there is a case of money refund we are not able to refund immediately. The prepayment will be refunded approximately in 3 month time. ⠀
• If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours, your prepayment will be not refunded. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation. ⠀
• If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher.
