Rome, Italian dreamy photography weekend, November 2022

We invite you to join our inspiring mini-tour to Rome, Italy and shoot together at gorgeous viewpoint locations. Rome is beautiful at day and night, it is warm and food is good.  We will use best dresses from Holland Dress Rental and other designers. This is an unique and exclusive autumn portfolio days for #photographers and #models . 

We have made different option for you to join:

A. The shooting only. You can join 1 day (saturday or sunday) and shoot with us from sunrise till afteroon. We will start with sunrise and finish with sunset. We will walk through the city starting from Trevi fontain and ending in the Villa Borghese park. There is no lunch plannend while we shoot to not loose light and energy. Lunch is possible afterwards.

B. Inspiring tour to city Tivoli on friday + shooting on 1 of the days (saturday or sunday). We will visit Tivoli travelling from Rome (1 hour only). Enter few museums with fontains for insriration and eat together at wonderful restaurant. On the next days you can see more of Rome yourself and shoot with us from sunrise till sunset on one of the days.

Travel cost to Tivoli and 1 museum entrance is included into the price. 

It is optional: we can book you place of stay where team will be staying.

PRICES (exclusive taxes):

FOR MODELS 

A. 325 euro. B. 375 + hotel if needed

Each model will get 3 edited and all unedited (in lower resolution with watermark) photos from the team and photos from participating photograpers,  1 dress to wear according to your selection and another we select, will get professional makeup and hair done and will get assistance with dresses and posing from the team. Each model can order additional photos and video from the team. We will start preparation with makeup and hair from 2 at night, be prepared for very early wakeup. 

EXTRA FOR MODELS: - you can order your own private video with only you as model on it for additional 100 euros. Ask for possibilities in private.

FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS 

A. 150 euro B. 200 + hotel if needed 

If you join as photographer we expect you to work on results and make each model at least 2 photos in 2 month time maximum. We promise to provide exclusive styling.

You can take own concepts to shoot too.

Attention: This is the day we work on each others portfolios. Both models and photographers are responsible for results.

Reservation of your spot is valid after prepayment. You can make prepayment through website or in private message. After reservation we will contact you by email, please check your spam to not miss it.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT:

If you participate you agree that we all have same rights about the use of the pictures. The photos will be published in social media with the use of credits. If you want to sell photos ask about selling the team first. When selling we share earnings in a honest way. We are not providing model releases, if you want one, discuss it first and make own contract. 

REFUND POLICY:

- For all events we are not giving refund in the form of money. We provide vouchers. Only if WE cancel the event (not postponing) we will refund money.⠀

 - If there is a case of money refund we are not able to refund immediately. The prepayment will be refunded approximately in 3 month time. ⠀

 - If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours, your prepayment will be not refunded. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation. 

 - If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher
