Rome, Italian dreamy photography weekend, 6 November

We invite you to join our mini-tour to Rome, Italy and shoot together at gorgeous viewpoint locations.

We will use best dresses from www.instagram.com/holland_dress_rental and other designers. This is an unique and exclusive autumn portfolio days for #photographers and #models .

We will start with sunrise and finish with sunset. We will walk through the city starting from Trevi fontain and ending in the Villa Borghese park. 

You can participate in different ways: 

A. With hotel booked by us ( 1 or 2 nights)

B. Without hotel, shootings only

There is limited amount of spots

Each model will get 3 edited and all unedited photos from the team. 1 dress to wear, will get professional makeup and hair done and will get assistance with dresses and posing from the team. Each model can order additional photos and video from the team.

If you join as photographer we expect you to work on results and make each model at least 2 photos in 2 month time maximum. We promise to provide exclusive styling.

You can take own concepts to shoot too.

Attention: This is the day we work on each others portfolios. Both models and photographers are responsible for results.

PARTICIPATION COSTS exclusive vat. 

Price is per day : 

A. 150(photographer)/325 (model) euro+hotel costs which we discuss 

B. 150/325 euro

Payment can be done in instalments. Ask about Vat in private message, there are some cases when vat can be avoided.

Reservation of your spot is valid after prepayment. You can make prepayment through website or in private message. 

 We have really LIMITED places.

EXTRA FOR MODELS: - you can order your own private video with only you as model on it for additional 100 euros. Ask for possibilities in private.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT:

If you participate you agree that we all have same rights about the use of the pictures. The photos will be published in social media with the use of credits. If you want to sell photos ask about selling the team first. When selling we share earnings in a honest way. We are not providing model releases, if you want one, discuss it first and make own contract. 

REFUND POLICY:

- For all events we are not giving refund in the form of money. We provide vouchers. Only if WE cancel the event (not postponing) we will refund money.⠀

 - If there is a case of money refund we are not able to refund immediately. The prepayment will be refunded approximately in 3 month time. ⠀

 - If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours, your prepayment will be not refunded. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation. 

 - If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher
