Rhododendrum May shooting sunset in Den Haag

Blooming seazon is the most loved seazon by all creatives in the Netherlands.

During blooming seazon all models and photographers search for beautiful locations. With our team you can stop searching, because we monitored all best places and know exactly where they are and what is the best time to shoot. In May also rhododendrum starts blooming and in The Hague there is one of the best spots in The Netherlands where there is a big variety of flowers in bloom.

This is why in May we organise three days when we can shoot in rhododendrum bushes with the use of designer dresses from our collection.

You can join  as model or photographer or as team and just use a dress.

Location will be in The Hague, Netherlands.

We tell exact meeting place after your place reservation. 

You need to come to location yourself.

You can join one of the days :

1. As Photographer

You can shoot during part of the day with models who join the day. We will have at least 2 models. We expect you to work on results and edit at least 2 photos per model from the day. But, you need to make own appointments with models according to delivery of pictures.

2. As team

You can join as team (model+photographer+whatever) and work on own ideas without sharing while renting any of the dress you like. You will get location coordinates and dress delivered to location for you. Participation will depend on the dress you choose, but starts from 60.50 euros. 

3. As Model with promised results from our team

You will get makeup and hair styling from our team and priority to choose any of the dresses from our collection of designers dresses ( www.instagram.com/holland_dress_rental ). You will get 5 edited photos and all best unedited photos from the shoot from our team. Additionally, you can work with participating photographers and get extra edited photos in different style.

4. As model (student/assistance) without promised results from our team

You can join as our model or assistant supporting our team with your participation. Its an opportunity to get to know each other. We will possibly not provide makeup/dresses or results, but you can have fun with participating photographers, see how we work or just chill with us. 

COSTS* per day according to options above:

1. 60.50 euros

* inclusive 21 % vat (taxes).

You can reserve your place by buying reservation ticket online on the website and pay other part on the shooting day in cash.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT:

If you participate you agree that we all have same rights about the use of the pictures. The photos will be published in social media with the use of credits. If you want to sell photos ask about selling the team first. When selling we share earnings in a honest way. We are not providing model releases, if you want one, discuss it first and make own contract.

WEATHER CONDITIONS:

If on the planned date the weather will be so bad its impossible to shoot we will postpone the shooting to the first possible evening/date.

BLOOMING SEAZON:

The dates of portfolio days are chosen accordingly to previous blooming seazons. However adjustments are possible is the seazon is earlier or later. We will keep you updated about the date.

REFUND POLICY:

- For all events we are not giving refund in the form of money. We provide vouchers. 

- If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours (even if its corona), your prepayment will be not refunded as voucher. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation.

- If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher.
