Rhododendrum flowers portfolio shooting day

We want to give you opportunity to give your portfolio as model /photographer a good boost. This is an unique and creative portfolio day for #photographers and #models  near beautiful flower location in The Hague, Clingendael with dresses from www.instagram.com/holland_dress_rental

You can participate as model or photographer.

There are limited amount of spots.

If you are interested in special photoshoot there are few options to join:

Photographer: if you participate as photographer you may take own model, rent a dress or shoot with our participating models.

Models: if you participate as model you can take own photographer, rent a dress or book your private session with our team.

Prices (exclusive vat):

A. Shooting as couple: model + photographer + our dresses use -  approximately 150, depending on dresses you want to rent

B. Booking a private session with us inclusive dress, makeup and hair service, 3 edited photos from team (no unedited photos) - 295 euro

D. Booking a private session with us inclusive dress, makeup and hair service, 5 edited photos from team, all best unedited 395 euro

C. Shooting as photographer - 50 euro (2 models from the team)

Optional: You will have a chance to get own professional video from the shooting day made by Ksenia Ice Video, with only you as model for additional 100 euro!

After registration (prepayment) we add you to whatsapp chat group where we discuss details and share important information.

There are limited amount of spots. We want to keep the group small.

Attention! Refund policy:

• For all events we are not giving refund in the form of money. We provide vouchers. Only if WE cancel the event (not postponing) we will refund money.⠀
• If there is a case of money refund we are not able to refund immediately. The prepayment will be refunded approximately in 3 month time. ⠀
• If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours, your prepayment will be not refunded. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation. ⠀
• If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher.

Attention! Regulation according to blooming period:

• We cannot control the bloomig seazon. The event date is an approximate date based on monitoring of blooming few years before the event date. If the bloom is later or earlier, we postpone the event. If you booked your participation, we will contact you about postponing if that is the case.
