Join Us for an Exclusive Photoshoot Day at Kings Ballroom in The Hague!

Date: 10:00 - 16:00

Location: Kings Ballroom, a hidden gem in The Hague city center, not open to the public.

We invite you to create art together in this monumental location. Whether you are a model or photographer, experienced or a beginner, everyone is welcome to join and work on their portfolio or simply have fun.

What to Expect:

• Two unique rooms and a garden for shooting
• Props and designers dresses from Holland Dress Rental
• Bring your own concepts to shoot! Every style is allowed.

Photographers:

• Shoot with at least 2 models over 6 hours
• Use beautiful dresses and special styling
• Coordinate with models for edited pictures
• Entry price: 195 euros (Reservation requires 75 euros prepayment)
• Option to bring your own model: 195 euros per person, including a dress
• Combine shooting with your model and participating models

Models:

• Use 1 dress from our rental selection or bring your own
• Shoot with your photographer and participating photographers
• Entry price: 195 euros (Reservation requires 75 euros prepayment)
• Optional Private Photoshoot: For a stress-free experience with promised results, choose our all-inclusive package: 575 euros including taxes. Includes makeup and hair styling Priority dress reservation and rental (up to 2 dresses) 5 edited photos and all the best unedited photos in good quality without logos. Access to all rooms and priority shooting. Option to continue working with participating photographers after the private session. Payment in installments available.

Additional Option for Models/Poledancers:

• Choose the standard entry with a dress for 240 euros (inlcudes pole rental shared costs)
• Or the all-inclusive package for 340 euros (inlcudes pole rental shared costs), which includes promised results from the team

Important Information:

• Extra location pictures available via WhatsApp or email
• This is a creative portfolio-based day for professional and hobby photographers and models
• Bring your own photo equipment (a little flash light is recommended due to dim lighting)
• Clean up after yourself and respect the venue
• No leaning on or moving paintings and sculptures without permission
• Eating allowed only in the bar area
• You are responsible for any damages you cause

• For all events we are not giving refund in the form of money. We will provide vouchers. 
• If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours, your prepayment will be not refunded. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation. ⠀
• If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher.
