King's Ballroom photoshoot day for all people

Monumental Location in The Hague city center, Kings Ballroom opens her doors for our photosession day. It is an secret gem of the city , not open for public.

We invite you to create art together. Feel like our model-muse or join us as photographer for a day. Experience is not mandatory, everyone can join and work on own portfolio or just have fun together.

We will use props and dresses  from Holland Dress Rental .

There are 2 different rooms to shoot with and a garden. 

You can ask for extra location pictures in whatsapp or email.

This is an unique and creative portfolio based day for professional and hobby #photographers and #models .

Attention: we do not provide photo-equipment for photoshoot. It might experience as a bit dark, some little flash light is recommended.

Photographers:

• You will have at least 2 models to shoot
• You will shoot with beautiful dresses and special styling
• You need to make own appointments with models about edited pictures. We expect you to make at least 2 photos for each model during the day.
• Entry price: 195 euro . Reservation after 75 euro prepayment.
• ADDITIONALLY: you can bring own model to shoot and shoot own concepts with her. All styles are welcome. Price of participation will be 195 per person inclusive a dress.  You can combine shooting with own model and participation models. 

Models:

• You may use 1 dress from our rental selection and may use own dresses too. 
• You can come with own photographer and shoot with participating photoraphers too. Entrance costs are same for models and photographers.
• Total price: 195 euro. Reservation after 75 euro prepayment.
• Additionally/Instead, you can order your all-inclusive private photoshoot to have less stress, have possibility to choose dress, promised results from team and priority shooting.

Private luxury session includes makeup and hair styling, priority in dress reservation and dress rental or 2 dresses, 5 edited photos and all best unedited in good quality without logos. You will have chance to shoot in all rooms and after private shoot you can also work with participating photographers aswel. Private photosession price is: 575 euros inclusive taxes. You can pay in instalments even after the shoot.

RULES:

- Clean you trash yourself. Keep everything same as it was before you

- No leaning on painting or sculptures, no moving or touching without permission.

- Everything you break is on your costs

- Eating is possible but keep it in bar area, so there is no trash in the ballroom

- We are not responsible for any damage you may make or any damage you can get. Just be carefull and all will be fine

- Reserve entrance online and pay other part on the day or before

Attention! Refund policy:

• For all events we are not giving refund in the form of money. We will provide vouchers. 
• If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours, your prepayment will be not refunded. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation. ⠀
• If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher.
