Het Spaansche Hof portfolio shooting day (INDOOR)

Photoshoot event at unique location in The Hague city center. 

Exclusive opportunity to have a photosession at this place.  

18 September 2022  

🕰We are allowed to shoot from 13.00 till 18.00 and make use of all available rooms and garden(if needed).  

Models and photographers are welcome to shoot for each others portfolios. All styles are welcome except n*des, weddings and animals.  Tabels will be removed, there is electricity. Flashes are allowed.  There is a special room for models to change.  

There are options to join: As #model or #photographer and shoot for each other. You need to make own appointments according to results. Additionally you can rent dresses from collection of Holland Dress Rentall. Reservation of a dress is possible.

 Photographers:

• You will have at least 3 models to shoot
• You can shoot own stylings aswel
• You need to make own appointments with models about edited pics. We expect you to make at least 2 photos for each model during the day.
• Total price: 150 euro incl vat. Reservation after 50 euro prepayment.
• ADDITIONALLY: you can bring own model to shoot and shoot own concepts with her. Price of participation will be same per person.  You can combine shooting with own model and participation models. 

Models:

• You can come with own photographer and shoot with participating photoraphers too. Entrance costs are same for models and photographers.
• Total price: 150 euro incl vat. Reservation after 50 euro prepayment.
• Additionally/Instead, you can order your all-inclusive private photoshoot to have less stress, more promised results and priority shooting. Private session includes makeup and hair styling, priority in dress reservation and dress rental, 5 edited photos and all best unedited in good quality without logos. You will have chance to shoot in all rooms and after private shoot you can also work with participating photographers aswel. Private photosession price is 450 euros excl vat. 

PRICES (including taxes): 

To reserve your spot we expect prepayment. Not full payment at once.  

1. Participation price is 150 euros pp (if model or photographer).  

2. Private all-inclusive photosession for models with 5 edited photos(you choose) and all unedited= 450 euros. Private session with 2 edited photos (we choose) and unedited in small size with logo = 295 . Video = 95 .  

Payment in instalments is possible. We let you in only after payment is completed.

🔥We shoot keeping the safe distance. We pay attention to max allowed amount of people so its not crowded.

🔥We shoot without hurry, there is enough time.

- Reserve entrance online and pay other part on the day or before.

Attention! Refund policy:

• For all events we are not giving refund in the form of money. We will provide vouchers. Only if WE cancel the event (not postponing) we will refund money.⠀
• If there is a case of money refund we are not able to refund immediately. The prepayment will be refunded approximately in 3 month time. We do keep 5 euro administration costs.⠀
• If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours, your prepayment will be not refunded. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation. ⠀
• If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher.
