BIG props fantasy portfolio shooting day

We are planning to create our own stories. Portfolio day with the use of BIG props and dresses from www.instagram.com/holland_dress_rental

These are unique and creative portfolio day for #photographers and #models. Also kid models are welcome.

All props will be brought to Zuiderpark, The Hague. 

• Dragon
• Beast face
• White wings/black wings
• Big yellow chrysantenums
• Decorated bed with real flowers by real florist <3

There are limited amount of spots. 

Experience in editing photos  is adviced for joining this event.

Payment in instalments is possible!

We tell exact place after your place reservation.

You need to come to location yourself.

You can join :

1. As Photographer

You can shoot during  the day with models who join the day or with models from our team. We expect you to work on results. But, you need to make own appointments with models according to delivery of pictures.

2. As Model with promised results from our team

You will get makeup and hair styling from our team.

During the day we have styling ideas where you can choose from or you can ask for own idea.

You will get 3 edited photos and all unedited photos from the shoot from our team.

Extra edits can be ordered afterwards.

Backstage fashion video (1 minute long) can be ordered for additional 100 euro.

Additionally, you can work with participating photographers and get extra edited photos in different style.

3. As model without promised results. Just dress and makeup

You can also join a simple option and get to know our team and have fun with participation photographers.

COSTS* according to options above:

* inclusive 21 % vat (taxes).

You can reserve your place by buying reservation ticket online on the website and pay other part on the shooting day or in instalments later.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT:

If you participate you agree that we all have same rights about the use of the pictures. The photos will be published in social media with the use of credits. If you want to sell photos ask about selling the team first. When selling we share earnings in a honest way. We are not providing model releases, if you want one, discuss it first and make own contract.

WEATHER CONDITIONS:

If on the planned date the weather will be so bad its impossible to shoot we will postpone the shooting to the first possible evening/date. We do shoot with a little bit of rain.

AMOUNT OF PARTICIPANTS:

To make this event affordable we need at least 4 people participating.

We need investment to buy flowers and to rent special car and people to carry everything for event.

If we have not enough participants we will postpone event or provide you voucher as refund. 

Everyone will be updated on time.

REFUND POLICY:

- For all events we are not giving refund in the form of money. We provide vouchers. Only if WE cancel the event (not postponing) we will refund money.⠀

- If there is a case of money refund we are not able to refund immediately. The prepayment will be refunded approximately in 3 month time. We do keep administration costs.

- If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours, your prepayment will be not refunded. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation.

- If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher.

!! If you join as photographer we expect you to work on results and make each model at least 2 photos. It is called portfolioday not for nothing 🙂
