On 6 June, we repeat one of the most iconic Art Photo Projects concepts: a luxury decorated bed and bath, created outdoors in a park setting and styled with fresh flowers.

This fine-art portfolio day brings together nature, intimacy, and high-end styling — creating images that feel cinematic, emotional, and impossible to recreate elsewhere.

Concept & Location

The shoot takes place in a carefully selected park location in The Hague, transformed into a living artwork with:

• A decorated bed setup

• A decorated bath setup

• Fresh flowers and refined details

• Designer dresses from our collection

This is an outdoor fine-art setup where styling, light, and atmosphere are fully curated by the Art Photo Projects team.

Participation Options

Photographer Participation

Photographers are welcome to join this exclusive setup.

✔ Access to both setups (bed & bath)

✔ Calm, guided shooting flow

Participation fee: €195. Reservation must be made online with advance payment of 95.

Model — Private Fine-Art Session

Models can book a private luxury photoshoot photographed by two team photographers, ensuring diversity in style and perspective.

✔ 1 private fine-art session

✔ Access to both decorated setups

✔ Designer dress styling

✔ 4 professionally edited photos

✔ All best unedited images included

Investment: €595. Reservation must be made online with advance payment of 195.

Reservation is confirmed after advance payment made online.

Payment in instalments is possible.

Final image delivery takes place after full payment is completed.

Team Participation — Private Use of Location

Creative teams may book the location for private use.

Price: €195 per hour. Availability on request.

Weather Conditions

This event depends on weather conditions.

• If weather makes shooting impossible, the event will be postponed to the first suitable alternative date

• Participants will always be informed in advance

Refund Policy

• No monetary refunds are provided

• Advance payments are non-refundable if you cannot attend for personal reasons

• If the event is postponed or cancelled by us due to weather and you cannot attend, your advance payment may be used as a voucher for another event

• You may transfer or sell your reservation to another participant

• Cancellations one day before or on the event day, or no-shows, are not eligible for vouchers

Costs & Payment

• All prices are per session and inclusive of 21% VAT

• Reservation is confirmed by purchasing a reservation ticket online

• Remaining amount can be paid in instalments or on the shooting day

Participation Agreement

By participating, all parties agree to equal image usage rights.

• Images may be used for portfolios and social media

• All publications must include proper credits

• Images are not sold to third parties without prior discussion

• If images are sold, earnings are shared fairly and transparently

• Model releases are not provided

• If a release is required, this must be discussed and arranged in advance
