This special portfolio day is created for all pole dancers — with or without experience — who want to capture strong, elegant images in a magical spring setting.

We shoot during sakura bloom at sunrise in Bloesempark, when the park is quiet, the light is soft, and the atmosphere feels almost unreal. Pink blossoms, fresh air, and slow mornings create the perfect background for both photography and video.

You can dance in your pole outfit, add optional styling, or create a few dreamy images using designer dresses. Props such as butterfly wings, angel wings, or large flowers are available if you wish — not as an obligation, but as playful creative tools.

To keep the experience calm and safe, we accept maximum 5 participants.

How the Session Works

• You need to arrive to location yourself and be ready to start immediately. If you need help with transfer ask us upront, we may help you

• We start with sunrise to have best light and less tourists in our frames

• We change on location to safe time

• Group warm-up before dancing, both of event hosts are poledancers

• Dancers climb the pole one by one for photography

• Calm guidance and enough rest between turns

We work with an X-Pole chrome 45 mm.

If the weather is cold, the pole can be covered with a special silicone wrap to prevent slipping.

Preparation Tips (Advice, Not a Must)

• Choose dance outfits in one colour (top & bottom)

• Avoid animal prints or very busy patterns — sakura is soft and light and also has lots of details

• Do your own make-up & hair as for a show

• Bring warm clothes that are easy to put on between turns

• Take a warm drink, snack, and water

• Bring extra shoes (slippers / UGGs) to keep feet warm and dry

• You’re welcome to bring a friend or partner for support 💗

Reservation & Weather Policy

• Reservation requires an advance online payment

• Remaining amount can be paid in instalments or on the day of the shoot

• In case of bad weather or early/late bloom, the event will be postponed

Image Usage & Participation Agreement

The pricing of this portfolio day is calculated with the understanding that the dancer and Art Photo Projects team and participating photographers may use the best edited results for portfolio, website, and social media promotion for own purposes.

By participating in this event, you agree to equal image usage rights between yourself and the organizing team.

Images are never sold to third parties and are used only for self-promotion and event communication.

If you prefer private usage of edited images (meaning the team will not share your photos publicly), this is possible for an additional fee of 50% of your selected package price.

This option must be requested before the event.
