SLOT ZEIST castle portfolio shooting day (ALL ROOMS)

We have our birthday! 5 years of official existence of Art Photo Projects! And because of that festive reason we organize biggest event of our life: 8 hours long portfolio day at Slot Zeist castle!

During this day we will have possibility to make pictures in All available rooms of the castle:

Models, photographers, teams are welcome to join and make use of location for own portfolio boost.

We have strictly LIMITED amount of people.

🕰We are allowed to shoot from 09.00 till 17.00 and make use of most beautiful available rooms.

Models and photographers are welcome to shoot for each others portfolios. All styles are welcome.

Ask about more location pictures if needed!

We make 2 groups for the day for the comfort:

1. Group 1: from 9.00 till 13.00 (4 hours)

2. Group 2: from 13.00 till 17.00 (4 hours)

You can join one of groups.

Tables will be removed, there is electricity. Flashes are allowed.  

 There are options to join: 

As #model or #photographer and shoot for each other. 

You need to make own appointments according to results. Reservation of desiner dress for shooting is possible from collection of Holland Dress Rentall. 

After reservation of place we will add you to whatsapp chat group. 

Photographers:

• You will have at least 3 models to shoot
• You will shoot with beautiful dresses
• You need to make own appointments with models about edited pics. We expect you to make at least 2 photos for each model during the day.
• Total price: 195 euro incl taxes. Reservation after 95 euro prepayment.
• ADDITIONALLY: you can bring own model to shoot and shoot own concepts with her. Entrance price stays 195 per person.  You can combine shooting with own model and participation models.

Models:

• You can come with own photographer and shoot with participating photoraphers too. Entrance costs are same for models and photographers.
• You can reserve designer dress for shooting from our collection. This is included in entrance price.
• Entrance price: 195 euro incl taxes. Reservation after 95 euro prepayment.
• Additionally/Instead, you can order your all-inclusive private photoshoot to have less stress, more promised results and priority shooting. Private session includes makeup and hair styling, priority in dress reservation and dress rental, 5 edited photos and all best unedited in good quality without logos. You will have chance to shoot in all rooms and after/during private shoot you can also work with participating photographers aswel. Private photosession price is 450 euros. Reservation after 100 euro prepayment.

PRICES (including taxes): 

To reserve your spot we expect prepayment. Not full payment at once.  

1. Participation price is 195 euros pp (if model or photographer).  

2. Private all-inclusive photosession for models with 5 edited photos(you choose) and all unedited= 450 euros. Private session with 2 edited photos (we choose) and unedited in small size with logo = 310 . Video = 100 .  

Payment in instalments is possible. We let you inside only after payment is completed.

🔥We pay attention to max allowed amount of people so its not crowded.

🔥We will shoot outfits from collection of Holland Dress Rental and also your own styling is welcome.

!! If you join as photographer we expect you to work on results.

Attention! Refund policy:

• Reservation payment for this event is not-refundable. In special cases we can provide voucher. 
• If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours, your prepayment will be not refunded. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation. ⠀
• If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher.
